摘 要:采用调蓄处理方式控制溢流污染或初雨径流污染时,雨水调蓄量取值的合理与否,直接影响到工程的投资与实效。通过对现行设计标准与规程中相关条文的解析与讨论,以及溢流与径流污染特征分析,认为溢(径)流污染控制宜以调蓄处理初期雨水为目标导向,并提出了以重现期为设计标准,初期降雨时间为设计参数,通过降雨过程线确定雨水调蓄量的计算方法。该方法使雨水调蓄处理工程与市政排水工程的设计标准统一,边界条件明确,设计概念清晰,计算方法简单,基础公式易得,更适用于设计调蓄深度的测算,以及工程目标的预期。The rationality of rainwater storage volume directly affected the investment and actual effect of the project controlling overflow/runoff pollution by regulating and storage.Based on the analysis and discussion of relevant provisions in the current design standards and regulations,as well as the analysis on characteristics of overflow and runoff pollution,it was considered that the pollution control of overflow and runoff should be oriented towards the regulation and treatment of the initial rainwater,the calculation method of rainwater storage volume through rainfall process line was proposed,which took the repetition period as the design standard and the initial rainfall time as the design parameter.The method unified the design standard of the stormwater storage project and the municipal drainage project,of which the boundary condition and design concept was clear,the calculation method was simple,and the basic formula was easy to obtain,which might be more suitable for the design of storage depth calculation,as well as the project target expectations.
