摘　　要：随着水资源化利用要求提高,污水处理厂尾水利用已纳入我国对城市管理的重要考核项。以浦东新区海滨污水处理厂尾水与内河水混合用于直流冷却水后外排长江为例,介绍了一种污水处理厂尾水利用与排放的新型模式。充分体现了污水处理厂尾水利用需要打破壁垒,才能实现循环经济,达到碳减排目的,实现以环保优先、资源共享,形成可复制、可推广的建设模式,为浦东新区建设全国节水型社会示范区做出贡献。With the improvement of the demand of water resources utilization,the utilization of tail water in sewage treatment plant has been included in the important assessment item of urban management in China.Taking the tail water of Pudong New Area coastal sewage treatment plant mixed with the inner river water for DC cooling water and then discharged to the Yangtze river as an example,a new way of utilization and discharge of tail water of sewage treatment plant is introduced.It fully reflects that the utilization of tail water of sewage treatment plant is not only the embodiment of engineering technology,but also the need to break the management barriers between different industries in order to realize circular economy,achieve the purpose of carbon emission reduction,realize environmental protection priority,resource sharing,and form a replicable and scalable construction model,so as to contribute to the construction of a national water-saving social construction demonstration zone in Pudong New Area.
