摘 要:济南市某地下式污水处理厂设计规模5万m^(3)/d,污泥含水率要求≤65%。对无动力浓缩池+高压带式连续脱水机和叠螺浓缩机+高压隔膜压滤机两种污泥处理方案就占地面积、工程投资、运行成本等进行了比较。结果表明无动力浓缩池+高压带式连续脱水机方案虽然设备投资高但土建投资少,运行药剂成本高但电费成本低,其工程总投资和运行总成本分别是叠螺浓缩机+高压隔膜压滤机方案的75%和105%。无动力浓缩池+高压带式连续脱水机方案由于附属设备少、设备尺寸小等因素便于在地下箱体中布置,在地下式污水处理厂领域具有一定优势。An underground WWTP in Jinan,has a design size of 50,000 m^(3)/d and a sludge moisture content of≤65%.Two sludge treatment schemes of no-power concentration+dehydration of continuous high-pressure belt sludge and stacked spiral sludge thickener+high pressure diaphragm filter press were compared in terms of land occupation,project investment and operation cost.The results show that the scheme of no-power concentration+dehydration of continuous high-pressure belt sludge has high equipment investment but low civil construction investment,low electricity cost and high pharmacy cost,the total project investment and operation cost are 75%and 105%of the scheme of stacked spiral sludge thickener+high pressure diaphragm filter press.The no-power concentration+dehydration of continuous high-pressure belt sludge has some advantages in the field of underground WWTP due to the convenience of arranging in the underground box due to the small number of auxiliary equipment and the small size of the equipment.
