摘 要:某全地下式污水处理厂设计总规模为8万m^(3)/d,二期工程处理规模为5.5万m^(3)/d,采用改良式AAO-MBR工艺,设计出水水质满足北京市《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890-2012)B标准。由于MBR系统长时间运行,存在膜丝淤堵、曝气不足、跨膜压差较高、能耗较大、产水量不足等系列问题,影响正常的生产运行。针对MBR系统运行过程中出现的问题,分析原因给出改造方法,总结运行管理经验,为其他污水处理厂对MBR工艺的选择和判断提供可靠的依据。The total design scale of an underground sewage treatment plant was 8×10^(4) m^(3)·d-1,and the treatment scale of the second phase project was 5.5×10^(4) m^(3)·d-1.The improved AAOMBR process was adopted,and the designed effluent quality meet the B standard of Beijing Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(DB 11/890-2012).Due to the long time operation of MBR system,there was a series of problems,such as membrane silting,insufficient aeration,high transmembrane pressure difference,large energy consumption,and insufficient water production,which affected the normal production and operation.In view of the problems in the operation of MBR system,this paper analyzes the reasons,gives the reconstruction method,summarizes the operation management experience,and provides a reliable basis for other sewage treatment plants to choose and judge the MBR process.
