摘 要:以北方某采用MBBR-AAO工艺的城市污水处理厂为研究对象,通过对好氧池NH3-N和NO-x-N浓度变化情况的考察,研究了MBBR-AAO工艺系统的同步硝化反硝化现象。结果表明,好氧池在全年各个时期存在着不同程度的同步硝化反硝化现象,且与水温变化具有较为明显的正相关关系,在水温最高的8月份,好氧池同步硝化反硝化的脱氮量为7.9 mg/L、脱氮效率为56%;好氧池同步硝化反硝化现象的产生主要是由于宏观环境的低DO浓度(0.5~1.0 mg/L)以及溶解氧对生物絮体或生物膜穿透能力下降产生的缺氧微环境所致,好氧反硝化菌的微量存在尚不足以成为好氧池同步硝化反硝化现象发生的主要原因。Taking a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Northern China using the MBBRAAO process as the research object,the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification phenomenon of the MBBR-AAO process system was studied by examining the changes in NH3-N and NO-x-N concentrations in aerobic tanks.The results showed that there were varying degrees of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in aerobic tanks at different stages of the year,and there was a significant positive correlation with water temperature changes.In August,when the water temperature was the highest,the denitrification amount and efficiency of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in aerobic tanks were 7.9 mg/L and 56%,respectively;The phenomenon of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in aerobic tanks is mainly caused by the low DO concentration(0.5~1.0 mg/L)in the macro environment and the decrease in the penetration ability of dissolved oxygen to biological flocs or biofilms,resulting in an anoxic microenvironment.The trace presence of aerobic denitrifying bacteria is not yet sufficient to become the main reason for the occurrence of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in aerobic tanks.
