摘 要:研究以臭氧作为预处理手段,飞灰与污泥协同水热产生的水热液作为研究对象,探究了电渗析对臭氧预处理前后水热液的脱盐效果。从电渗析运行参数(电流、反应时间)着手,优化了电渗析运行条件;对比了臭氧预处理前后电渗析工艺对水热液的脱盐效果;结合电量、能耗,对处理此类废液的成本进行了分析。结果表明:未经臭氧预处理的水热液,电渗析的运行参数为15 V,1 A;持续时间60 min,脱盐效率为92.24%;经过臭氧预处理的水热液,大分子物质被分解或转化为低分子量的物质,对电渗析中离子交换膜的影响显著降低,在同样地脱盐效率下,脱盐的时间明显缩短;在实际处理此类废液时,应结合后续用途及处理成本综合考量。This research takes ozone as a pretreatment method,and the hydrothermal solution produced by synergistic hydrothermal of incineration fly ash and sludge as target,the desalination efficiency of electrodialysis on hydrothermal solution was studied before and after ozone pretreatment.The operating conditions of electrodialysis were optimized based on the operating parameters(current,reaction time).The desalination efficiency of electrodialysis before and after ozone pretreatment was compared.Combined with electricity and energy consumption,the treatment cost of hydrothermal solution is analyzed.The results show that electrodialysis operating parameters of 15 V,1 A and reaction time was 60 min,the desalination efficiency of hydrothermal solution with-out ozone pre-treatment was 92.24%.After ozone pre-treatment,macro-molecular substances are transformed into low molecular weight substances,which significantly reduces the influence on ion exchange membrane,and the reaction time is obviously shortened at the same desalination efficiency.In practice,subsequent use and treatment costs should be considered comprehensively.
