摘 要:为了克服纳米零价铁作类Fenton催化剂的不足,以市政污泥为原料热解制备污泥炭后负载纳米零价铁,制成Fe(0)SC;并以Fe(0)SC作异相类Fenton催化剂降解膜处理浓缩液。实验结果表明,在Fe(0)SC投量2.0 g/L,过氧化氢投量10 mM,pH 4.0的条件下,60 min内浓缩液的COD去除率达到68%,同时具有很好的除色效果;紫外光(UV)技术与类Fenton联用,60 min内浓缩液的COD去除率增加到79%。分析表明,Fe(0)SC中的SiO_(2)对类Fenton工艺降解污染物具有促进作用,而UV可以促进H_(2)O_(2)转变为羟基自由基。Nano iron is common Fenton-like catalysts;however,there are challengers in production and application.Sewage sludge-derived carbon loaded nano iron(Fe(0)SC)was fabricated and used as Fenton-like catalyst to degrade concentrated solution of membrane processing.Results demonstrates that the COD removal rate were 68%under the Fe(0)SC dosage 2.0 g/L,H2O2 dosage 10 mM,pH 4.0 in Fe(0)SC/H_(2)O_(2) system.The COD removal rate increased to 79%in 60 min when UV and Fenton-like were combined.Analysis indicated that the SiO_(2) in the Fe(0)SC promoted the Fenton-like reaction,and UV could accelerate the transformation of H_(2)O_(2) into hydroxyl radical.
