摘  要:以初期雨水污染为主的城市非点源污染开始成为制约城市水环境质量的重要因素,有效控制初雨污染对城市的可持续发展具有重大促进意义。针对该问题,选取合肥市斑鸠堰河小流域为研究区域,基于SWMM构建了初雨污染截流调蓄模型,探讨了截流前后水质的改善效益。截流调蓄模拟结果表明,相较于截流前,截流后NH_(3)-N的最高浓度削减48.95%,平均浓度削减19.97%;COD的最高浓度削减33.01%,平均浓度削减27.88%;TP的最高浓度削减36.82%,平均浓度削减22.29%。实测数据分析结果表明,相较于上游浮山路渠,下游荷花塘NH_(3)-N、COD和TP的不达标比例分别削减18.89%、27.8%和23.1%。且从初雨污染特征分析可知,在中雨和大雨情景下,初雨径流污染更为明显,在这两种情景下进行截流,具有更佳的水质改善效果。Urban non-point source pollution dominated by initial rainwater pollution has become an important factor restricting the quality of urban water environment.Effective control of initial rainwater pollution is of great significance for the sustainable development of the city.In this paper,the small watershed of Banjiuyan River in Hefei City was selected as the research area.Based on SWMM,the initial rainfall pollution interception and storage model was constructed,and the improvement benefits of water quality before and after interception was discussed.The simulation results show that the maximum concentrations of NH_(3)-N,COD,and TP are reduced by 48.95%,33.01%,and 36.82%,respectively after the interception.The average concentrations of NH_(3)-N,COD,and TP are reduced by 19.97%,27.88%,and 22.29%,respectively.The analysis results of the measured data show that compared with the Fushan Road Canal in the upstream,the proportion of NH_(3)-N,COD and TP of Lotus Pond in the downstream are reduced by 18.89%,27.8%,and 23.1%respectively.From the analysis of the characteristics of the initial rain pollution,it can be seen that the initial rain runoff pollution is more obvious during moderate and heavy rain.In these two scenarios,the interception and storage have better water quality improvement effect.
