摘  要:基于ICM水动力模型,对不同降雨条件下五路居桥区及泵站运行进行模拟,得到泵站现况运行方案能应对的最大降雨重现期。当降雨重现期小于调蓄池应对重现期时,采用“调蓄池蓄水”运行方案,在夜间进行抽排,以达到最大的经济效益;当降雨重现期小于泵站应对最大重现期时,采用“先蓄后排”运行方案同时筛选出最优水泵启停液位,在桥区不积水的情况下减少水泵启停,以达到保护水泵的效果。当降雨重现期大于泵站应对最大重现期时,采用“先排后蓄”运行方案,使泵站总抽升能力达到最大,以提升桥区防汛保障度。Based on ICM hydrodynamic model,this paper simulates the operation of Wuluju bridge and pumping station under different rainfall conditions,and obtains the maximum rainfall return period that the pumping station can cope with under the current operation program.When the rainfall return period is less than the storage pond response return period,using“storage pond storage”operation program,pumping at night to achieve the maximum economic benefits;when the rainfall return period is less than the pumping station to cope with the maximum return period,using the“storage and then discharge”operation program.At the same time,the optimal pump start-stop level is screened out,and the pump start-stop is reduced in the case of no waterlogging in the bridge area to achieve the effect of protecting the pump.When the rainfall return period is greater than the maximum return period of the pumping station to cope with the use of“discharge before storage”operation program,so that the pumping station to maximize the total pumping capacity to enhance the bridge flood protection degree.
