摘 要:为探究云南省某典型老城区供水管网漏损影响因素,降低供水管网漏损率,为后续老城区供水管网建设、改造、管理和供水安全以及节约水资源提供科学依据。以2020年-2022年云南省某典型老城区供水管网为研究对象,利用灰色关联度分析法基于管材、管龄、管径和外部等4个因素进行评价,结果表明:(1)各影响因素对供水管网漏损影响由大到小分别为管材>管径>外部因素>管龄;关联度分别为0.814、0.757、0.750和0.737;(2)管材类型对供水管网漏损影响由大到小分别为钢塑管>PE管>钢管>PPR管>球墨铸铁管>灰口铸铁管>镀锌管;(3)管径对供水管网漏损影响分别为DN550>DN250>DN350>DN450>DN150>(≥DN600)>(25年>15年>5年>10年;(5)外部因素对供水管网漏损影响由大到小分别为人为事故>地基下沉>温度低>接口>其他>腐蚀;(6)不同管材类型,钢塑管关联度最大,镀锌管关联度最小;不同管径,DN550关联度最大,<DN100关联度最小;整体上管龄越小,关联度越小,外部因素中,人为事故关联度最大。In order to explore the influential factors of water supply network leakage in an old urban area of Yunnan province,reduce the leakage rate of water supply network,and provide scientific basis for the subsequent construction,renovation,management,water supply safety and water resource conservation of water supply network.In this paper,the water supply pipe network in an old urban area of Yunnan city during 2020—2022 is taken as the research object,and the grey relational analysis method is used to evaluate the water supply pipe network based on four factors,including pipe,pipe age,pipe diameter and external surface.The results show that:①The influence of each influencing factor on water supply pipe network leakage is from the largest to the smallest:pipe>Pipe diameter>External factors>Pipe age;The correlation degrees were 0.814,0.757,0.750 and 0.737,respectively.②The influence of pipe type on water supply pipe network leakage from large to small is respectively steel-plastic pipe>PE tube>Steel pipe>PPR tube>Ductile iron pipe>Gray cast iron pipe>Galvanized pipe;③The influence of pipe diameter on leakage of water supply network is DN550>DN250>DN350>DN450>DN150>(≥DN600)>(<DN100);④The influence of pipe age on leakage of water supply network is 20 a>25 a>15 a>5 a>10 a;⑤The influence of external factors on water supply network leakage from large to small is man-made accident>Foundation subsidence>Low temperature Interface>Other>Corrosion;⑥Different pipe types,steel-plastic pipe correlation is the largest,galvanized pipe correlation is the smallest;For different pipe diameters,the correlation degree of DN550 is the largest,and the correlation degree of<DN100 is the smallest.
