摘 要:市政给排水工程中常见的海底管道主要为供水输送管及污水厂尾水排放管,污水输送海底管道案例较少,尤其是双管污水输送系统。舟山某污水输送系统规模为20万m^(3)/d,穿越螺门海湾处采用双管开槽沉管敷设,管径为2×DN1 200,长度约1.9 km。结合区域的地形地貌、水文地质等条件及相关案例,分析总结了污水输送系统海域段的穿海塘节点、管材选择、钢管防腐、沉管开槽等设计要点。污水输水系统已投入使用,目前运行良好,可为类似工程提供设计参考。The common submarine pipelines in municipal water supply and drainage engineering primarily consist of water supply pipelines and sewage plant tailwater discharge pipelines,with few instances of submarine pipelines for sewage transportation,particularly the double-pipe sewage transportation system.In Zhoushan,a sewage transportation system with a capacity of 20×10^(4) m^(3)/d has been implemented successfully.It involves the installation of a double-pipe slotted immersion pipe across the screw bay,featuring a pipe diameter of 2×DN1200 and a length of approximately 1.9 km.Considering regional topography,hydrology,and other conditions and related cases,this study analyzes and summarizes the main design points such as seawall node,pipe material selection,steel pipe anticorrosion and sinking pipe slotted within the sea area for the sewage transmission system.The operational success of this system can serve as valuable design reference for similar projects.
