摘 要:建筑冷热水系统动态平衡问题一直以来困扰着设计、施工人员,很多建筑自建楼伊始便存在用水端冷热水不稳定、洗澡时出水忽冷忽热现象,使用体验效果极差。结合已完项目工程特点及以往数据分析,发现这些建筑形状特殊,并存在热水供水系统不同程、热源不稳定、供水设备及控制程序落后、冷热水同区不同源等问题。根据对以往工程的改造经验,总结了出水及温度不稳定的主要因素并制定了相应的解决方案,使配水点冷热水压力达到动态平衡,热水系统供回水循环良好,各配水点温度均衡,满足了使用者舒适度的要求。The dynamic balance problem of building cold and hot water systems has always troubled designers and construction personnel.Many buildings have experienced instability in the cold and hot water supply at the water end,as well as intermittent cold and hot water output during bathing,resulting in extremely poor user experience.Based on the characteristics of completed projects and previous data analysis,it was found that these buildings have unique shapes and have problems with different hot water supply systems,unstable heat sources,outdated water supply equipment and control programs,and different sources of cold and hot water in the same area.Based on the renovation experience of previous projects,the main factors causing unstabie effluent and temperature have been summarized,and corresponding solutions have been developed to achieve dynamic balance of cold and hot water pressure at the distribution points.The hot water system has good supply and return water circulation,and the temperature at each distribution point is balanced,meeting the user’s comfort requirements.
