上海地区住宅给排水及消防设计特点

摘　　要：上海住宅给排水设计中有一些地方特点的要求和规定,如给水系统中的系统选择做法、给水泵房设置、屋面水箱排水;排水系统中的检测井设置、雨水系统设置要求;消防系统中消防泵直抽市政,住宅局部喷淋应用统等特点。现根据上海的一些地方规定及对上海住宅给排水设计一些习惯做法进行总结归纳。There are some special requirements and regulations in the design of Shanghai residential water supply and drainage system,such as the selection and design of water supply system,the setting of water supply pump house,roof water tank drainage,the setting of detection wells in drainage system,and the requirements of rainwater system fire pump in the fire system directly pumping municipal,residential local spray application system and so on.Now according to some local regulations in Shanghai and Shanghai residential water supply and drainage design some specific practices to make a summary。
