摘  要:取水拦截网为当前核电厂应对致灾海洋生物入侵的关键手段,然而实际运行中发生多起平面拦截网断裂失效事件。采用物理模型试验方法研究平面拦截网水动力特性,研究结果表明,平面拦截网的阻力与横向、纵向扩张系数相关,横向扩张系数0.90相对0.80阻力值上升21.3%,纵向扩张系数0.3相对0.70阻力值下降22%。得到了平面拦截网阻力经验计算公式,计算值与模型试验值最大误差小于15%,符合性较好。利用帆布覆盖模拟拦截网的堵塞,堵塞率分别为13%、26%、39%、50%时相对无堵塞情况下阻力分别增加23.5%、36.4%、65.9%、107.6%,得到了堵塞系数与阻力的经验公式,误差在10%以内,符合性较好。The intake interception network is currently a key means for nuclear power plants to respond to the intake blockage causing by marine organisms.However,multiple incidents of plane interception network rupture and failure have occurred in actual operation.The experimental model test method was used to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of a plane interception network.The results showed that the resistance of the plane interception network is related to the transverse and longitudinal expansion coefficients.The transverse expansion coefficient of 0.90 increases by 21.3%compared to 0.80,and the longitudinal expansion coefficient of 0.3 decreases by 22%compared to 0.70.We have obtained an empirical formula for calculating the resistance of the plane interception network,and the maximum deviation between the calculated value and the model test value is less than 15%,indicating good compliance.Using canvas coverage to simulate the blockage of interception nets,the resistance increased by 23.5%,36.4%,65.9%,and 107.6%compared to the non blockage situation when the blockage rates were 13%,26%,39%,and 50%,respectively.Empirical formulas for blockage coefficient and resistance were obtained,with errors within 10%,indicating good compliance.
