风暴潮对滨海电厂取水卷吸效应影响的数值评估方法——以1319号台风为例

摘  要:台风引起的风暴潮对电厂取水卷吸效应的影响是关乎滨海核电厂取水安全的一个重要问题。提出了一种基于数值模拟的风暴潮对滨海电厂取水卷吸效应影响的评估方法。首先应用水动力模型结合台风模型建立适用于风暴潮模拟的大范围海域模型与用于工程近区流场模拟的工程海区模型嵌套的二维数学模型。在此基础上采用示踪粒子的方法,以1319号台风“天兔”为例,模拟研究台风风暴潮与天文潮共同作用下滨海电厂周边海域内粒子的运移轨迹,分析粒子在电厂取水明渠内的聚集情况,计算电厂取水卷吸率,评估风暴潮对电厂取水卷吸效应的影响。案例的计算结果表明1319号台风风暴潮与天文潮共同作用下电厂最大取水卷吸率为3.42%,风暴潮总体上造成了电厂取水卷吸率的增加,最大增量为0.73%。风暴潮对电厂取水卷吸效应影响的计算评估为核电厂取水安全应急措施的规划和设计提供了科学依据。The impact of typhoon-induced storm surge on entrainment at power plant intake is a key issue related to the safety of intake in coastal nuclear power plants.This paper presents a numerical evaluation approach of storm surge impact on entrainment at coastal power plant intake.A nested numerical 2D model with a large-area model suitable for storm surge simulation and a local model for flow simulation in the project area is established using a hydrodynamic model combined with a typhoon model.On this basis,with the case of No.1319 typhoon“Usagi”,numerical simulation of particle trajectories in the surrounding sea area of the coastal power plant during the typhoon period is carried out under the action of typhoon-induced storm surge combined with astronomical tide using particle-tracking method.The collection of particles in the plant intake open channel is analyzed,the entrainment probability of the power plant intake is calculated and thereby the impact of storm surge on the entrainment at the power plant intake is evaluated.The calculation results of the case study indicate that,the maximum entrainment probability of the power plant intake is 3.42%under the action of storm surge with astronomical tide during the period of typhoon.The typhoon-induced storm surge generally causes an increase of the entrainment probability of the power plant intake with a maximum rise of 0.73%.The evaluation of storm surge impact on the entrainment at the power plant intake provides a scientific basis for the planning and design of emergency measures for the intake of nuclear power plant.
