摘  要:目前针对核电厂联氨废水有多种处理工艺,其中氧化法因其快速稳定的特点而广受人们关注。高铁酸盐是一种公认的绿色水处理药剂,拥有极强的氧化性,但在实际应用过程中,因存在稳定性差、易自分解等不足,使得难以在工业上广泛运用。为了解决高铁酸盐稳定性差和使用成本高的问题,原位制备高铁酸盐并实现原位应用,是一种理想的方法。针对高铁酸盐在水处理中的应用难点,探讨了使用缓释技术来获得低碱度高铁酸盐溶液的可行性,构建了基于碱度缓释原理优化电解法高铁酸盐的体系并简要探讨了使用高铁酸盐溶液去除水中联氨的可行性。At present,there are many treatment processes for hydrazine wastewater in nuclear power plants,among which oxidation method is widely concerned because of its fast and stable characteristics.Ferrate is a recognized green water treatment agent with strong oxidizability.However,in the actual application process,it is difficult to be widely used in industry due to its poor stability and easy self-decomposition.In order to solve the problems of poor stability and high cost of ferrate,in-situ preparation of ferrate and in-situ application is an ideal method.In this study,aiming at the application difficulties of ferrate in water treatment,the feasibility of using slow-release technology to obtain low-alkalinity ferrate solution was discussed.The system of optimizing ferrate by electrolysis based on the principle of alkalinity slow-release was constructed and the feasibility of using ferrate solution to remove hydrazine in water was briefly discussed.
