摘 要:以活性污泥数学模型为核心的工艺仿真技术逐渐成为智慧水务发展的热点。通过研究改良氧化沟工艺的污水处理厂机理模型,经过工艺概化、模型搭建和模型校验,可以很好地模拟氧化沟内污泥浓度和二沉池的出水水质。研究结果表明,污水进水特征参数VSS/TSS(悬浮物中可挥发的占比)、frss(总COD中易生物降解的占比)、frxi(总COD中颗粒惰性的占比)和剩余污泥排放量Qwas均影响了氧化沟工艺模型的整体拟合,而反硝化的氧抑制系数KO_(2)主要影响了好氧段NO_(X)^(-)-N、TN浓度。此外,校验好的工艺模型连接现场数据后可以实时计算出水水质。与实际出水滞后相比,可以实现短期出水的日均预测和小时预测。The process simulation technology based on mathematical models of the activated sludge has gradually become a focal point in development of smart water.Through researching a municipal wastewater treatment plant using improved oxidation ditch,the process can be well simulated after process generalization,model establishment and calibration.It is consistent to simulate concentrations of the activated sludge in the oxidation ditch and the effluent in secondary clarifiers.The research results show that the very important parameters of fitting the whole modeling were activated sludge discharge flow and influent characteristic parameters,such as VSS/TSS(the volatile fraction of suspended solids),frss(the biodegradable fraction of total COD),frxi(the particulate and inert fraction of total COD).While the oxygen inhibition coefficient KO_(2) of denitrification mainly affected the concentrations of nitrate and total nitrogen in the aerobic zone of the oxidation ditch.Furthermore,the predictive effluent qualities can be real-time calculated using calibrated process model with obtaining field data in daily simulation and hourly simulation.And it is very useful to forecast several hours in advance of approximate effluent.
