摘 要:以温州市藤桥镇涉铁De315给水管道修复工程为例,比较目前管道非开挖施工技术,并介绍了复合软管内衬修复技术在非开挖修复残旧给水管中的应用。通过修复前后流量、压力监测数据分析对比,认为该修复技术效果优良、经济适用。作为柔性、与原管道无粘结的内衬修复方案,适用于铁路、高速公路等下穿管道的修复,对过水流量影响较小,水力条件较好。Taking the De315 water supply pipeline repair project involving railway in Tengqiao town of Wenzhou city as an example,the current trenchless construction technology of pipeline is compared,and the application of composite hose lining repair technology in the trenchless repair of old water supply pipes is introduced.Through the analysis and comparison of the monitoring data of flow and pressure before and after the repair,it is considered that the repair technology has good effect and is economical and applicable.As a flexible inner liner repair scheme without bonding with the original pipeline,it can be applied to the repair of railway,expressway and other underpass pipelines,with less impact on water flow and better hydraulic conditions,and can provide certain experience for the implementation of similar projects.
