摘 要:全生命周期成本分析在工程项目设计、施工与管理中有着广泛的应用,但在供水管材比选中应用较少。以郑州某长距离输水工程为例,利用全生命周期成本分析理论对3种管材进行比选。在管径为DN1 000、设计方案保持一致时,分别分析了使用球墨铸铁管、预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)以及钢管时的各类成本。根据文献资料和实际工程确定了3种服务寿命周期情况,结果显示,使用球墨铸铁管的全生命周期成本低于PCCP管和钢管。Life cycle cost(LCC)analysis has been used widely in the engineering project design,construction,and management.However,it is less commonly used in the selection of water supply pipes.Three types of pipes have been compared and selected in a long-distance water transportation project in Zhengzhou as an example,using the theory of LCC analysis.When the pipe diameter is DN1000 and the design scheme remains consistent,various costs have been analyzed among the ductile iron pipes,prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes(PCCP),and steel pipes.Based on literature and projects,three service lifetimes have been determined.The results show that the LCC of using ductile iron pipes is lower than that of PCCP pipes and steel pipes.
