摘 要:医院污水处理是医院必不可少的一项工作,相较于生活污水,医院污水中包含大量的药物及其代谢产物。目前,我国众多水环境中均检测出不同浓度的药物及其代谢产物,其给人类健康和水生生物都可能带来严重的影响。通过研究某大型综合医院污水处理工艺处理医院污水的效果,发现其对药物及其代谢产物的去除效果较差,故引入电催化臭氧技术,试验结果显示,该技术可行,运行效果稳定,经过此技术处理的医院污水中,COD和TOC去除率高达88.6%和95.2%。The hospital of sewage treatment is an essential work for hospitals.Compared with domestic sewage,it contains too many drugs and their metabolites.At present,various concentrations of drugs and their metabolites have been detected in aquatic environments in China.The pollution of drugs and their metabolites may cause irreparable damage to human health and aquatic life.In this paper,we studied the effectiveness of a large comprehensive hospital sewage treatment process in treating hospital sewage.It was found that the removal effect of drugs and their metabolites is poor.Therefore,a highly efficient electro-peroxone technology was introduced.The effect of this technology was analyzed and the results showed that the technology was feasible and the operation effect is stable.The removal rate of COD and TOC in the hospital sewage treated by this technology were as high as 88.6%and 95.2%.
