文莱某综合体给排水及消防设计与国内不同对比分析

摘　　要：通过对文莱某综合体的给排水及消防设计进行分析,提出了与国内同类型的综合体常规做法的差异,主要从车库地面排水方式、地下一层卫生间的管道敷设方式、室外管道敷设方式、消防系统等4个方面进行了对比和分析不同之处,为海外同类型项目提供技术支撑。Through the analysis of the water supply and drainage and fire protection design of a composite building in Brunei,the differences with the conventional practices of the same type of composite building in China are proposed,and the differences are mainly compared and analyzed from four aspects,such as the ground drainage method of the garage,the pipe laying method of the toilet on the first basement floor,the outdoor pipeline laying method,and the fire protection system,so as to provide technical support for the same type of overseas projects.
