摘　　要：随着城镇化进程的发展,既有建筑改造工程在建筑工程总量中的占比和重要性逐渐提升。以深圳某大学研究生院改造工程的给排水设计为例,介绍改造工程设计的前期准备要求、设计内容组成以及改造工程设计与新建工程设计的不同特点。With the development of urbanization,the proportion and importance of existing building renovation projects in the total number of construction projects has gradually increased.This paper takes the water supply and drainage design of the renovation project of a postgraduate research institute of a university in Shenzhen as an example to introduce the preliminary preparation requirements,design content composition,and different characteristics between the renovation engineering design and the new construction engineering design.
