摘  要:介绍了杭州市某污水厂BiostyrDuoⓇ 生物滤池的工艺调试过程与运行情况。调试结果表明,全地埋式的建设形式下采用自然挂膜方式,冬季42 d可以完成硝化滤池的挂膜,15 d可以完成反硝化滤池的挂膜,整个生物膜培养过程约需两个月时间。在运行过程中通过对氮、磷等主要污染物的去除效果分析得出了生物滤池的运行特点:处理效率高、处理能力强,但运行成本较高且抗冲击负荷能力有限。针对高出水水质标准下一些问题提出了可行的解决办法。The process tuning and operational status of the BiostyrDuoⓇ biological filter tanks at a sewage treatment plant in Hangzhou City were introduced.The tuning results indicated that,under the submerged construction approach,natural biofilm formation can be achieved in the nitrification filter tank within 42 days during the winter season,and in the denitrification filter tank within 15 days.The entire biofilm cultivation process takes approximately two months.During the operation,an analysis of the removal efficiency of major pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus revealed the operational characteristics of the biological filter tanks:high treatment efficiency and capacity,but with relatively high operational costs and limited shock load tolerance.Feasible solutions to address some issues related to exceeding water quality standards were proposed.
