摘  要:榆林市人均水资源757 m^(3)/年,属于重度缺水地区,城区及工业区在发展中受水资源刚性约束较大。为缓解供需矛盾,促进城市发展、保障工业生产,对矿井疏干水、市政及工业再生水、雨水等非常规水资源进行了综合利用和规划。工业区分别形成了“广义”和“狭义”的“近零排放”园区,示范效应显著;城区以污水再生利用为主,主要用于市政杂用及电厂循环冷却。通过分析不同类型非常规水资源水质特点,优先将矿井疏干水用于企业生产用水,规划将富余市政再生水按照“点对点”模式供给工业区。总结创新实践经验、分析存在问题,对黄河流域同类城市开展非常规水资源综合利用具有一定的参考意义。The per capita water resource of Yulin are 757 m^(3)/a,which is a severe water shortage area.The urban and industrial areas development are heavily constrained by water resource.In order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand,promote urban development and ensure industrial production,comprehensive utilization and planning have been carried out for unconventional water resources such as mine drainage water,municipal and industrial recycled water and rainwater.The industrial zones have formed“near zero emission”parks in both broad and narrowed understanding with significant demonstration effects;The urban area mainly focuses on sewage recycling and utilization,mainly used for municipal miscellaneous purposes and circulating cooling of power plants.By analyzing the water quality characteristics of different types of unconventional water resources,priority is given to using mine drainage water for enterprise production water,and it is planned to supply surplus municipal recycled water to industrial zones in a“pointto-point”mode.The summary of innovation experience and analysis of existing problems have a certain reference significance for the comprehensive utilization of unconventional water resource in similar cities in the Yellow River Basin.
