摘  要:文中以复合材料T型加筋壁板为研究对象,通过落锤冲击试验,完成了不同位置下(筋条中心、筋条边缘)的多点冲击损伤引入,通过目视损伤检测和无损检测技术,考察了冲击损伤形貌;之后完成了冲击件的轴压试验,并结合电测法,考察了冲击件的压缩失效过程,分析了压缩失效模式。结果表明:(1)B组不同于A组,其冲击损伤类型更为复杂,还包含了层断裂损伤,并且A组和B组的冲击损伤均呈现沿加强筋方向扩展趋势,这将显著影响各加强筋对蒙皮的支撑作用;(2)B组的冲击损伤较A组更为明显,凹坑深度和分层面积分别为A组的2.32倍、2.38倍;(3)B组由于各筋条翼缘边缘冲击侧局部屈曲引起的偏心压缩,造成了结构的压缩失效,但A组是由于蒙皮压缩失效后,各筋条达到承载极限,造成了压缩失效。This paper takes composite T-shaped stiffened panels as the research object,and completes the multi-point impact damage introduction at different positions(center of the stiffener,edge of the stiffener)through the impact test,and examines the impact damage morphology through the visual damage detection and non-destructive testing techniques;after that,it completes the axial compression test of impacted specimens and intact specimens(the reference group),and combines with the electro-metry method to examine the compression failure process of impacted and intact specimens,and analyzes the compression failure modes.The results show that:(1)Group B is different from Group A,the impact damage is more complex,including layer fracture damage,and the impact damage in both Group A and Group B tends to expand in the direction of the stiffener,which significantly affects the supporting effect of each stiffener on the skin.(2)The impact damage in Group B is more obvious than that in Group A.The depth of pit and the delamination area are 2.32 and 2.38 times of Group A,respectively.(3)Group B caused the compression failure of the structure due to the eccentric compression caused by the local buckling on the impact side of the flange edge of each stiffener,but Group A caused the compression failure due to the skin compression failure after each stiffener reached the load-bearing limit.
