摘 要:文中以某五跨预应力连续箱梁桥为案例,根据桥梁病害调查及静载试验,分析桥梁病害成因,提出增大截面和增加预应力碳纤维板系统相结合的维修加固方案,并对病害整治前后汽车活载拉应力、结构挠度、各跨跨中承载能力进行分析。结果表明,预应力碳纤维板为结构新增的压应力储备大于活载计算拉应力,该方案可显著提高结构的刚度及承载能力,实现维修加固目标。Using a pre-stressed continuous box girder bridge with five spans as a case,the causes of bridge diseases were analyzed based on the bridge disease investigation and static load tests.A maintenance and reinforcement scheme combining increasing the section and adding prestressed carbon fiber board system was proposed.The analysis of the tensile stress under live load of vehicles,structural deflection,and the bearing capacity at the center of each span before and after the disease treatment was conducted.The results show that the pre-stressed carbon fiber plate provides a compressive stress reserve for the structure that is greater than the tensile stress calculated under live load.The proposed method can significantly improve the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the structure,achieving a good maintenance and reinforcement goal.
