混凝土凹口叠合梁制备及力学性能研究

摘  要:为了分析装配式混凝土凹口叠合梁静力性能,文中对不同条件下装配式混凝土凹口叠合梁的静力性能进行试验。结果表明,整浇梁的荷载-跨中挠度曲线为先线性增加后缓慢增加最后稳定的变化规律,凹口及非凹口叠合梁的荷载-跨中挠度曲线表现为先线性增加后缓慢增加最后下降的变化规律,但非凹口叠合梁的荷载挠度曲线下降速率高于凹口叠合梁的荷载-挠度曲下降斜率;整浇梁的极限荷载为270 kN,正向加载的抗弯叠合比整浇梁极限荷载水平高了11.1%;反向加载的抗弯叠合梁比整浇梁极限荷载水平高了20.4%,但是三者表现为近似的屈服强度,整浇梁与叠合梁的抗弯性能相差不大。In order to analyze the static properties of composite concrete notch laminated beams,the static properties of prefabricated concrete notch laminated beams under different conditions are tested.The results show that the load-deflection curve of the whole cast beam shows a linear increase at first and then a slow increase at last,while the load-deflection curve of the concave and non-concave laminated beams shows a linear increase at first and then a slow increase at last,and the decline rate of the load-deflection curve of the non-concave laminated beams is higher than that of the load-deflection curve of the concave laminated beams.The ultimate load of the cast beam is 270 kN,and the bending superposition of the forward loading is 11.1%higher than the ultimate load level of the cast beam.The ultimate load level of the inversely loaded superimposed beam is 20.4%higher than that of the cast beam,but the yield strength of the three is similar,and the bending performance of the cast beam and the cast beam is not different.
