回弹法与超声回弹综合法在混凝土抗压强度测试的研究

摘  要:文中选取特定桥梁工程中的多个墩柱作为样本,对其强度进行了两种不同的非破坏性检测,依据DB11/T1446—2017《回弹法、超声回弹综合法检测泵送混凝土抗压强度技术规程》和T/CECS 02—2020《超声回弹综合法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》,进行深入探讨。结构构件混凝土浇筑侧面的回弹法地区性测强曲线与超声回弹综合法的全国统一测强曲线,能够实现测区内混凝土当前龄期强度值的精确换算。This study selected multiple pier columns from specific bridge engineering as samples and conducted two different non-destructive tests on their strength.Based on the important technical standards DB11/T1446—2017"Technical Specification for Testing the Compressive Strength of Pumped Concrete by Rebound Method and Ultrasonic Rebound Comprehensive Method"and T/CECS 02—2020"Technical Specification for Testing the Compressive Strength of Concrete by Ultrasonic Rebound Comprehensive Method",in-depth exploration was carried out.The accurate conversion of the current age strength value of concrete in the measurement area can be achieved through the regional strength measurement curve of the rebound method on the side of the structural component concrete pouring and the national unified strength measurement curve of the ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method.
