摘 要:为精准预测高层建筑桩基础的变形特征,提升高层建筑主体结构稳定性,文中依托福建漳州某高层建筑施工实践,通过监测技术、拟合函数、ABAQUS有限元模拟等方法对高层建筑桩基沉降监测及变形预测进行分析。实践表明,建筑桩基础沉降过程分为自重应力补偿期、附加应力期及稳定期;高层建筑桩基沉降量冈珀茨曲线、有限元模拟曲线与实测值均值变化规律一致,且三者沉降量数值误差均小于5%。随着桩身长度以及桩基直径的增加,桩基变形性能有所提升,但提升效果不断降低。故实际设计时应结合多方因素合理确定桩基长度以及直径。In order to accurately predict the deformation characteristics of pile foundation of high-rise buildings and improve the stability of the main structure of high-rise buildings;Based on the construction practice of a high-rise building in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the settlement monitoring and deformation prediction of high-rise building pile foundation by means of monitoring technology,fitting function and ABAQUS finite element simulation.The practice shows that the settlement process of building pile foundation is divided into self-weight stress compensation period,additional stress period and stable period.The variation of Gompertz curve and finite element simulation curve is consistent with the measured values,and the error of the three settlement values is less than 5%.With the increase of pile length and pile foundation diameter,the deformation performance of pile foundation is improved,but the lifting effect decreases continuously.Therefore,the length and diameter of pile foundation should be reasonably determined according to various factors in actual design.
