摘 要:为分析低温条件下桥梁桩基混凝土的性能,文中结合混凝土内外部温度变化规律对比分析减水剂及早强剂掺量对混凝土凝结时间的影响。结果表明,混凝土的初凝和终凝时间随减水剂掺量的增加均有所增加,当减水剂掺量为1.0%时,混凝土初凝时间-环境温度曲线斜率为4.4 min/℃;减水剂掺量为2.0%时的曲线斜率降低20.5%。随着早强剂掺量的增加,混凝土的终凝时间和终凝时间均有所减少。当早强剂掺量为1.5%时,混凝土初凝时间-环境温度曲线斜率为3.3 min/℃;早强剂掺量为3.0%时的曲线斜率降低12.1%。In order to analyze the performance of bridge pile concrete under low temperature conditions,the influence of the amount of waterreducing agent and early strong agent on the setting time of concrete was compared with the internal and external temperature changes of concrete.The results show that the initial setting time and final setting time of concrete increase with the increase of water-reducing agent content.When the water-reducing agent content is 1.0%,the slope of the initial setting time-ambient temperature curve of concrete is 4.4 min/℃.When the dosage of superplasticizer is 2.0%,the slope of the curve decreases by 20.5%.With the increase of the dosage of early strength agent,the final setting time and final setting time of concrete decrease.When the dosage of early strength agent is 1.5%,the slope of concrete initial setting time-ambient temperature curve is 3.3 min/℃.When the dosage of early strength agent is 3.0%,the slope of the curve decreases by 12.1%.
