摘　　要：为满足高标准粮仓建设要求,文中以福建省储备粮管理有限公司长汀直属库扩建项目为案例,从BIM技术和施工技术两个方面阐述了高气密性平房仓墙体施工的重点,有效解决了传统平房仓墙体气密性能差的问题。In order to meet the requirements of high standard granary,this article takes the Changting Direct Warehouse Expansion Project of Fujian Reserve Grain Management.As an example,and using BIM technology and construction technique to elaborate the key points of high airtightness walls for flat granary construction,effectively solving the problems of low airtightness performance of traditional flat granary construction.
