摘　　要：文中以福州某新建小区为例,分析了建筑设计施工过程中给排水工程中常见的客诉问题,并结合现有技术措施提出解决方案。In this article,a new residential complex in Fuzhou is used as an example to analyze the common complaints in the plumbing and drainage engineering during the design and construction process.Based on the existing technical measures,solutions are proposed.
