碳纤维加固技术在城市给排水管道中的应用探析

摘　　要：针对城市给排水管道的稳定运转需求,文中重点研究了碳纤维加固技术在排水管道中的应用,分析了碳纤维加固施工中碳纤维布、黏结剂、高韧性环氧涂层等材料的性能指标,并从基面处理、底涂、粘贴、涂层、表层防护、接缝处理等方面强调了碳纤维加固技术的应用要点。碳纤维布黏结质量拉拔检测结果表明,合理的碳纤维布加固措施可以有效修复给排水管道,保证整体的密封和安全。In view of the stable operation of urban water supply and drainage pipe demand,focus on the application of carbon fiber reinforcement technology in the drainage pipe,analyzes the carbon fiber cloth,adhesive,high toughness epoxy coating,and from the base treatment,coating,coating,coating,surface protection,seam treatment emphasizes the carbon fiber reinforcement technology,the application of carbon fiber adhesive quality pull the test results show that the reasonable carbon fiber cloth reinforcement measures can effectively repair the drainage pipe,to ensure the overall tight seam and safety.
