摘 要:文中以某项目为例,分析了土体结构特点,采用排水固结法处理地基,重点介绍了排水井与孔道设备的选型、布置及土体固结材料的选择,并对孔道布置、钻探、排水井施工、土体注浆等环节进行严格控制。研究表明,合理布置孔道、精确注浆及实时监测排水效果,可有效提升地基承载力,加快固结进程,减少建筑沉降风险。该技术显著提高了建筑安全性与施工效率,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。This study takes a specific project as an example to analyze the characteristics of the soil structure and adopts the drainage consolidation method for foundation treatment.It focuses on the selection and layout of drainage wells and channel equipment,as well as the choice of soil consolidation materials.Strict control is applied to the layout of channels,drilling,construction of drainage wells,and soil grouting.The research shows that reasonable channel layout,precise grouting,and real-time monitoring of drainage effects can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation,accelerate the consolidation process,and reduce the risk of building settlement.This technology significantly improves construction safety and efficiency,providing valuable reference for similar projects.
