网络计划法在工程工期延误索赔中的应用研究

摘　　要：文中通过分析工程索赔的特点和流程,明确工程拖延的责任,采用网络计划的方法,在充分考虑工序间依赖关系对关键路线的影响的条件下,把工期拖延的责任分摊到相关工序中,对比前后关键路线,判断对工期及费用影响,计算工期索赔。结果表明,全面考虑工序间的依赖关系的网络计划方法在工程工期索赔中具有合理性和可行性。By analyzing the characteristics and process of project claim,the responsibility for project delay is defined,and the method of network planning is adopted to apportion the responsibility for project delay to related processes under the condition of fully considering the influence of inter-process dependence on key routes.Compare the key routes before and after,judge the impact on the construction period and cost,and calculate the construction period claim.The results indicate that the network planning method that comprehensively considers the interdependence between processes is reasonable and feasible in engineering schedule claims.
