排水管道非开挖修复技术的造价研究

摘　　要：文中以福州市城区排水管网改扩建工程(浮村片区)为例,重点研究了排水管道非开挖修复技术的造价情况,总结了排水管道非开挖修复技术流程及造价特征,基于工程实际需求选用了紫外光固化内衬修复技术及局部树脂固化修复技术,并从清淤与检测、管道修复预处理、管道修复、检查井修复四个方面对非开挖修复技术的造价展开分析,研究结果能够为类似项目提供参考。Taking the renovation and expansion project of drainage pipe network in Fuzhou urban area(Fusun Area)as an example,this paper focuses on the cost of trenchless repair technology of drainage pipe,summarizes the technological process and cost characteristics of trenchless repair technology of drainage pipe in detail,and selects UV-curable liner repair technology and local resin curing repair technology based on the actual needs of the project.The cost of trenchless restoration technology is analyzed from the aspects of desilting and detection,pipeline repair pretreatment,pipeline repair and inspection well repair.The research results can provide effective reference for similar projects.
