摘　　要：当前,20世纪70年代的老旧建筑物相继达到设计工作年限,经鉴定不满足规范要求的均需要进行加固,然而,部分项目加固过程监管不到位,施工质量良莠不齐,存在加固不到位等问题,加固后鉴定也成为新需求。文中通过某老旧砌体房屋鉴定、加固为例,浅谈房屋加固前后全过程的鉴定内容和方法,探讨相关问题并进行总结,为既有建筑加固项目提供参考借鉴。The old buildings in the 1970s have successively reached the design working life,and the buildings that do not meet the requirements of the identification code need to be reinforced.There are many projects reinforcement process supervision is not in place,the quality of reinforcement construction is uneven,there are problems such as reinforcement is not in place,and the identification after reinforcement has become an indispensable new demand.This paper takes an old masonry house appraisal and reinforcement as an example,discusses the appraisal content and methods of the whole process before and after the house reinforcement,discusses related problems and summarizes,and provides reference for the existing building reinforcement projects.
