纳米二氧化硅和粉煤灰对混凝土预制栅栏板性能影响研究

摘  要:为探讨纳米二氧化硅和粉煤灰对混凝土预制栅栏板性能的影响,文中研究不同掺量纳米二氧化硅和粉煤灰对混凝土预制栅栏板抗压性能、抗冻性能、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,混凝土抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量的增加表现出先增大后降低的规律,掺入纳米二氧化硅后,不同粉煤灰掺量下的混凝土抗压强度均得到提升,抗冻性能和抗氯离子渗透性能均随粉煤灰掺量的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当纳米二氧化硅掺量为2%、粉煤灰掺量为30%时,混凝土预制栅栏板综合性能达到最佳。In order to explore the comprehensive effect of nano-silicon dioxide and fly ash on the performance of prefabricated concrete fence panels,this paper studies the effects of different amounts of nano-silicon dioxide and fly ash on the compressive properties,frost resistance,and chloride ion penetration resistance of prefabricated concrete fence panels.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of fly ash content.After adding nano-silicon dioxide,the compressive strength of concrete at different fly ash content is improved.The frost resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance both increase first and then decrease with the increase of fly ash content.When the nano-silicon dioxide content is 2%and the fly ash content is 30%,the comprehensive performance of prefabricated concrete fence panels reaches the best.
