摘  要:为了快速稳定地构建汽车覆盖件修边模具中的空开面,提出了一种基于几何偏置映射构建空开面的方法。该方法将二维曲线偏置中常用的滚圆算法扩展至三维空间,实现了空间曲线的水平和竖直偏置,生成的偏置曲线整体光顺,提高了复杂空间曲线偏置的稳定性和质量。基于偏置曲线和3D偏置映射关系构造修边模具的空开面,解决了空开面容易出现的褶皱、重叠等质量问题。基于NX平台,将该方法集成于汽车覆盖件修边模具智能设计系统中,并对实际汽车覆盖件修边模具进行了大量测试,结果表明,该方法稳定可靠,构建的空开面形态质量好,显著提高了修边模具的设计质量和效率。In order to quickly and stably construct the gap surfaces of trimming die for automotive panels,a method based on geometric offset mapping was proposed to construct the gap surface,which extended the rolling circle algorithm commonly used in 2D curve offset to 3D space to realize the horizontal and vertical offset of spatial curves,generate the overall smooth offset curve,and improve the stability and quality of complex spatial curve offset.Then,the gap surface of trimming die was constructed based on offset curve and 3D offset mapping relationship,and the quality problems such as wrinkles and overlaps that were prone to occur on the gap surface were solved.Furthermore,based on NX platform,the method was integrated into the intelligent design system of automotive panel trimming die,and a large number of tests were carried out on the actual automotive panel trimming die.The results indicate that the method is stable and reliable,and the shape quality of the constructed gap surface is good,which significatly improves the design quality and efficiency of trimming die.
