摘  要:织构对NiCrAlFe精密电阻合金的电阻方向性具有显著影响。采用电子背散射衍射技术对合金薄带不同制备阶段织构的遗传规律进行了研究。结果表明,合金中的形变织构和再结晶织构均会遗传,且在不同制备阶段存在相互转化;Copper织构{112}<111>、S织构{123}<634>和R织构{124}<211>可显著增加合金45°和65°方向的电阻方向性,其中,S织构和R织构对淬火和回火态合金电阻方向性的影响更大;NiCrAlFe精密电阻合金的电性能对加工工艺十分敏感,考虑到织构在不同制备阶段的遗传及相互转化,应协同制定合金薄带制备过程中的热轧、冷轧、淬火及回火工艺,尽量采用热轧对合金减薄,冷轧则以控制表面质量和厚度偏差为目标,淬火及回火工艺要控制S织构和R织构的取向密度。The texture has a significant impact on the resistance directionality of NiCrAlFe precision resistance alloy.Therefore,the genetic law of texture in different preparation stages of alloy thin strip was studied by using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technology.The results indicate that the deformation texture and recrystallization texture in the alloy are inherited and undergo mutual transformation in different preparation stages.Copper texture{112}<111>,S texture{123}<634>and R texture{124}<211>significantly increase the resistance directionality of alloy in the 45°and 65°directions,and S texture and R texture have a greater impact on the resistance directionality of quenched and tempered alloys.The electrical properties of NiCrAlFe precision resistance alloy are highly sensitive to the processing technology.Considering the inheritance and mutual transformation of texture in different preparation stages,the hot rolling,cold rolling,quenching and tempering processes in the preparation of alloy thin strips should be formulated synergistically.Hot rolling process is used as much as possible for the thinning of the alloy,while cold rolling process aims to control the surface quality and thickness deviation.Quenching and tempering processes should control the orientation density of S texture and R texture.
