摘 要:系统研究了不同锻造工艺制备的GH4169合金大型机匣锻件的微观组织演变和力学性能。结果表明:普通工艺锻造的大型机匣锻件的晶粒度波动范围较大,在4.5~7.8级之间,平均晶粒度为6级;室温下锻件的R_(m)为1424 MPa,R_(eL)为1200 MPa,A为24.0%,Z为36.0%;650℃下锻件的R_(m)为1120 MPa,R_(eL)为975 MPa,A为21.0%,Z为64.5%。精化工艺锻造的大型机匣锻件的晶粒度波动范围较小,在7~8级之间,平均晶粒度为8级;室温下锻件的R_(m)为1447 MPa,R_(eL)为1214 MPa,A为18.5%,Z为39.0%;650℃下锻件的R_(m)为1180 MPa,R_(eL)为1030 MPa,A为32.5%,Z为64.0%。精化工艺锻造的大型机匣锻件的组织更加均匀、细小,综合力学性能表现优异,在提高材料利用率的同时满足GH4169合金大型机匣锻件组织性能验收要求。The microstructures evolution and mechanical properties of large-scale cartridge forgings for alloy GH4169 prepared by different forging processes were systematically investigated.The results show that the grain size fluctuation range of the large-scale cartridge forgings forged by the ordinary process is relatively large,ranging from 4.5 to 7.8 level,with an average grain size of 6 level.At room temperature,R_(m) is 1424 MPa,R_(eL) is 1200 MPa,A is 24.0%and Z is 36.0%of forgings.At 650℃,R_(m) is 1120 MPa,R_(eL) is 975 MPa,A is 21.0%and Z is 64.5%of forgings.However,the grain size fluctuation range of the large-scale cartridge forgings forged by the refined process is relatively small,ranging from 7 to 8 level,with an average grain size of 8 level.At room temperature,R_(m) is 1447 MPa,R_(eL) is 1214 MPa,A is 18.5%and Z is 39.0%of forgings.At 650℃,R_(m) is 1180 MPa,R_(eL) is 1030 MPa,A is 32.5%and Z is 64.0%of forgings.Thus,the microstructure of the large-scale cartridge forgings forged by the refined process is more uniform and fine,with the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,improving the material utilization rate and meeting the acceptance requirements for the microstructure and properties of large-scale cartridge forgings for alloy GH4169.
