摘 要:目的 为了优化手术室工勤管理,保障手术病人安全,加快手术接台效率,减少工勤无效加班,提高手术室管理质量。方法 以常州市武进人民医院手术室工勤为研究对象,采用实验研究,将2022年1月—3月手术室工勤管理方式设为对照组,采用传统的集中班长口头或电话安排任务模式;2023年1月—3月工勤管理方式设为观察组,实行区域化积分制管理自主完成区域职责任务,量化每项工作,每日统计工勤积分来评判工作效率的模式。结果 观察组在接入患者用时、平均接台时间、工勤加班时间显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;护士和工勤满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组均未发生病人坠床、接错病人、物品交接不清等不良事件。结论 工勤区域化积分制的管理模式有利于手术室对工勤的管理,提高工勤责任心与积极性,降低了工勤的无效加班时间与疲劳感,确保工勤工作流程标准化、高效化。Objective To optimize the management of operating room work,ensure the safety of surgical patients,accelerate the efficiency of surgical reception,reduce invalid overtime of work,and improve the quality of operating room management.Methods Taking the operating room work service of Changzhou Wujin People's Hospital as the research subject,the retrospective cohort study method was used to set the operating room work management mode from January to March 2022 as the control group,in which the traditional mode of assigning tasks orally or by telephone was adopted.From January to March 2023,the service management mode was set as an observation group,in which the regional points system management was implemented to independently complete regional responsibilities and tasks,quantify each work,and count service points daily to judge work efficiency.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter patient access time,average reception time and overtime time,P<0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Nurse and worker satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were no adverse events such as patients falling into bed,picking up the wrong patient,and unclear handover of items in the two groups.Conclusion The management mode of regional points system is conducive to the management of work in the operating room,improves the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of work,reduces the invalid overtime and fatigue of work,and ensures the standardization and efficiency of work.
