摘　　要：目的 调查常州市开展髋膝关节置换手术医院的手术室护士对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥健康职业防护的现状,为加强常州市手术室护士对PMMA骨水泥健康防护提供参考。方法 2024年05月06日—13日,采用横断面调查研究,利用问卷星,对常州市所有开展骨科关节置换手术医院的手术室护士进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本资料、PMMA骨水泥相关知识掌握情况、PMMA骨水泥相关职业防护情况。结果 来自常州市14家医院的293名手术室护士参与了问卷调查。相关知识掌握情况方面,76.79%的护士未参加或只参加过1~2次相关知识培训;88.40%的护士希望能获取更多关于PMMA骨水泥的专业知识;71.67%的护士认为医院非常有必要或应该增加对PMMA骨水泥使用方面的培训,同时在相关危害程度上。防护现状方面,88.74%的手术室护士每月都会参与髋膝关节置换手术;61.09%的护士认为医院采取了一些针对性的防护措施;但在相关针对性的个人防护措施中,所采用的比例均较低,30.03%的护士术中采用一次性过滤式防毒面具或一次性含活性炭口罩,27.30%的护士佩戴化学安全防护眼镜,36.18%的护士认为参与手术时不应佩戴隐形眼镜;98.98%的护士表示在今后的工作中,愿意或非常愿意采取必要的防护措施。结论 常州市的手术室护士对于PMMA骨水泥的知识掌握程度较低,不了解PMMA骨水泥的危害,但大部分护士希望获得更多的相关专业知识;同时在职业防护措施方面存在明显的培训不到位、防护不规范等情况,而作为手术室护士对于防护的意愿又比较强烈,因此,需要采用合适的培训方式,加强对手术室各级护士进行培训,提高大家对PMMA骨水泥的防护意识,提升防护水平。Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational health protection of PMMA bone cement among operating room nurses in hospitals carrying out hip and knee replacement surgery in Changzhou,and to provide reference for strengthening the health protection of PMMA bone cement among operating room nurses in Changzhou.Methods From May 06 to 13,2024,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among all operating room nurses in hospitals performing orthopedic joint replacement surgery in Changzhou City by using Questionnaire Star.The questionnaire content included basic information,knowledge about PMMA bone cement,and occupational protection related to PMMA bone cement.Results 293 operating room nurses from 14 hospitals in Changzhou participated in the questionnaire survey.76.79%of nurses did not participate in or only participated in 1~2 training of relevant knowledge;88.40%of nurses hoped to acquire more professional knowledge about PMMA bone cement;71.67%of nurses believed that it was very necessary for hospitals to implement or even increase the training on the use of PMMA bone cement,and the degree of related hazards.In terms of protection status,88.74%of operating room nurses participated in hip and knee replacement surgery every month;61.09%of nurses believed that the hospital had taken some targeted protective measures.However,in the relevant targeted personal protective measures,the proportion used by nurses was low:30.03%of nurses used disposable filter gas masks or disposable activated carbon masks during the operation,27.30%of nurses wore chemical safety protective glasses,and 36.18%of nurses thought that contact lenses should not be worn during the operation.98.98%of nurses indicated that they were willing or very willing to take necessary protective measures in their future work.Conclusion The operating room nurses in Changzhou have a low degree of knowledge about PMMA bone cement and do not know the harm of PMMA bone cement,but most of them hope to acquire more relevant professional knowledge.At the same
