摘　　要：本研究通过横断面调查方法,采用坎伯威尔需求评估问卷对上海6个区975名60岁以上社区老年精神分裂症患者进行康复需求调查,并采用单因素和多因素分析方法呈现患者总体需求、需求程度最高三项需求及其影响因素。上海市社区老年精神分裂症患者康复需求水平较低,每位患者有3.91项需求,排名前三的需求为躯体健康、精神病症状与福利需求,且不同群体需求有差异化,不同需求的影响因素也不尽相同,需要社工积极主动挖掘患者多元化个体需求,统筹发挥跨学科人员优势力量,持续推进政策倡导,助力福利制度现代化建设。This study investigated the rehabilitation needs of 975 elderly community schizophrenic patients over 60 years old in Shanghai through a crosssectional survey method using Camberwell Assessment of Needs,and used univariate and multivariate analysis to present the patients'overall needs,the three needs with the highest need and their influencing factors.The level of rehabilitation needs of elderly community schizophrenic patients in Shanghai is relatively low,with 3.91 needs per patient,and the top three needs are physical health,psychiatric symptoms and welfare needs.The needs of different groups are differentiated,and the influencing factors of the different needs are different,which requires social workers to proactively explore the diverse individual needs of patients,to co-ordinate and utilize the strengths of the cross-disciplinary personnel,and to continuously promote the policy advocacy going for modernization of welfare system.
