社会工作参与“同频妈妈”育儿的行动研究——基于上海市D社区妈妈故事会实践

摘  要:随着社会经济的发展,为孩子提供最佳的教育与成长环境逐渐成为父母重要的育儿追求。在传统的育儿模式下,妈妈是养育幼儿责任的主要承担者。而在市场化背景下,母职加码导致的妈妈育儿困境和身心耗竭已成为群体性社会问题。本研究基于上海市D社区“妈妈故事会”的实践探索,以参与-回报理论为指导,运用行动研究的方法,通过需求评估、制定计划和方案、实施计划、效果评估与反思等步骤,探讨了社会工作参与社区“同频妈妈”育儿教育融入社区活动的可行性。行动研究在实践中强调参与者的自主性、主动性的激发,以及研究者与参与者的平等合作,取得了显著成效,达到了研究目的。研究发现,将有相似教育理念和育儿需求的“同频妈妈”聚集在一起,共同学习和分享育儿知识与技能,能够显著提高育儿效果。依据参与-回报理论,可以通过满足“同频妈妈”的心理预期、增强活动组织意识、增加参与收益并降低参与成本,使服务对象自发地参与活动。With the development of the social economy,providing the best educational and growth environment for children has gradually become a significant parenting pursuit for parents.In traditional parenting models,mothers are the main caregivers for young children.However,under the background of marketization,the dilemma and physical and mental exhaustion of mothers in parenting have become group social problems.This study is grounded in the practical exploration of the“Mom Story Club”in D Community of Shanghai.Guided by participation-return theory,using action research method to explore the feasibility of social work participation in integrating community“samefrequency mother”parenting education into community activities through the steps of needs assessment,plan and program formulation,plan implementation,effect evaluation and reflection.In practice,action research emphasizes the autonomy of participants,the stimulation of initiative,and the equal cooperation between researchers and participants,which has achieved remarkable results and achieved the research purpose.Practice has proved that this is an operable and replicable successful experience.The study found that gathering“same-frequency mother”with similar educational ideas and parenting needs to learn and share parenting knowledge and skills together can significantly improve parenting effectiveness.According to the theory of participation-return,it is possible to make participators spontaneously participate in activities by satisfying the psychological expectation of the“same-frequency mother”,enhancing the awareness of activity organization,increasing participation benefits,and reducing participation costs.
