摘　　要：本文以新时代党和国家对科学普及的新要求为出发点,深入分析科学普及与海关现代化之间的辩证关系,提出以海关现代化目标引领新时代海关科普创新发展的方向路径,系统阐释新时代海关科普的内涵范畴,充分发挥科学普及对海关现代化的促进作用,以新时代海关科普全面赋能海关现代化的愿景目标。Based on the new requirements of the Party and the state for the popularization of science in the new era,this paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between science popularization and customs modernization,proposes the direction and path of leading the innovation and development of customs science popularization in the new era with the goal of customs modernization,explains the connotation and scope of customs science popularization in the new era,and sets the vision of empowering the modernization of customs through science popularization.
