摘  要:本文以“20+20计划”到“百校计划”的换挡升级为脉络,深入分析了中非高校合作的更新迭代和路径优化。“20+20计划”积极探索并开拓了中非高校合作的多样化路径,促进了中非之间的思想交流和知识共享,推动了中国高等教育的国际化转型,并助力了非洲高等教育的内生性发展。“百校计划”的启动不仅标志着合作规模的扩大,更代表着对合作理念与模式、合作质量与成效进行系统性的提升和迭代。以“百校计划”为代表的中非高校合作,需要在实施策略与路径优化方面做出创新性努力:第一,持续加强并深化在STEM教育领域的合作;第二,充分重视、挖掘、利用并转化非洲高校的结构性优势资源;第三,着力优化多元多边合作关系,构建合作共生的生态体系;第四,完善项目专业评估机制,形成共生发展的正向效能。We conducted an in-depth exploration on the iteration and optimization of China-Africa university cooperation by tracing the evolution from“The 20+20 Cooperation Plan for Chinese and African Institutions of Higher Education”to the“China-Africa Universities 100 Cooperation Plan”.It is pointed out that the“The 20+20 Cooperation Plan for Chinese and African Institutions of Higher Education”actively explored diverse paths of China-Africa university cooperation,promoted the exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge between China and Africa,drove China's higher education towards an international transformation,and supported the inward-oriented development of African higher education.It emphasizes that the launch of the“China-Africa Universities 100 Cooperation Plan”not only marks the expansion of cooperation scale,but also symbolizes a systematic upgrade and iteration of the cooperation concept,model,quality,and effectiveness.We suggests that the China-Africa university cooperation represented by the“China-Africa Universities 100 Cooperation Plan”needs to make innovative efforts in optimizing its implementation strategies and paths.Firstly,to continuously strengthen and deepen cooperation in the field of STEM education;secondly,to fully recognize,explore,utilize and transform the structural advantage resources of African universities;thirdly,to focus on optimizing the diversified and multi-lateral cooperative relationships and building an ecological system of collaborative coexistence;fourthly,to improve the professional evaluation mechanism of the project and form a positive effect of collaborative development.
