摘　　要：培养智慧牧业科学与工程专业知农爱农新型人才,是现代畜牧产业高质量发展的必由之路。河南牧业经济学院作为国家首批设置该专业的应用型本科高校,以根植“三农”、聚焦融合为主线,以跨学科、跨专业校内外融合专兼结合的师资队伍建设为引领,以“三层次+三模块+四阶”人才培养方案开发为核心,以智慧牧业真实案例为驱动,初步构建了“以师资为引擎、以行业学院为平台、四轮联动”人才培养体系,推动了第一课堂、第二课堂的深度互融,使专业教育、课程思政与耕读教育同向同行,融学生知识学习、能力培养、价值塑造于一体,为智慧牧业科学与工程专业建设赋能智慧牧业发展提供了借鉴和依据。Training new talents in intelligent animal husbandry science and engineering who know and love agriculture is necessary for the high-quality development of the modern animal husbandry industry.As the first batch of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in China to set up this major,Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy takes the integration of agriculture,rural areas and farmers as the main line,takes the construction of interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teachers as the guide,takes the development of“three levels+three modules+four stages”talent training program as the core,and takes the real cases of intelligent animal husbandry as the driving force.It has initially constructed a talent training system with“teachers as the engine,industry colleges as the platform,a nd four-wheel linkage”,which has promoted the deep integration of the first classroom and the second classroom so that professional education,curriculum politics,and farming and reading education are in the same direction,integrating students'knowledge learning,ability training,and value shaping,and providing reference and basis for the construction of Intelligent Animal Husbandry Science and Engineering to enable the development of intelligent animal husbandry.
