摘 要:创新创业教育是我国高等教育的重要内容和内在特征。产教融合、科教融汇是培养学生创新能力和创业精神的重要途径,产科教三个要素的融合是产教、科教融合协同育人的更高级形式。研究围绕产科教融合育人的内在逻辑,以华南农业大学与温氏食品集团股份有限公司的协同育人为例,阐述了双方确定共同目标,创立利益共同体;创新机制,实现“一融合、双认同”,打破校企之间的边界和壁垒,由双两个独立的个体演变为创新融合体,构建产科教融合的新型双创人才育人模式。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a vital content and internal characteristic of higher education in China.The integration of production and education and the integration of science and education are important ways to cultivate students'innovative abilities and entrepreneurial spirit.Integrating the three elements of production,science,and education is a higher form of collaborative education of production,science,and education.This paper focuses on the internal logic of the integration of production,science,and education.It takes the collaborative education of South China Agricultural University and Wens Foodstuff Group Co.,Ltd.as an example.It expounds that the two sides determine the common goal and create a community of interests.Innovate the mechanism to achieve“one integration and double identity,”break the boundaries and barriers between schools and enterprises,evolve from two independent individuals to an innovative integration body,and build a new type of double-creation talent education model integrating production,science,and education.
