摘  要:深圳龙岗区岩溶发育,岩溶地质灾害频发,公明水库—清林径水库连通工程是作为深圳最大的输水工程,如何降低穿越龙岗复杂岩溶区的施工风险是相关工程技术人员必须面对的工程地质问题。通过资料收集、地质测绘、工程勘探等手段,查明了工程区岩溶地质背景与隐伏岩溶存在分布不连续、发育于地层不整合接触带、岩溶发育强烈,形态多样,规模大小不一的特征,分析得出了干线隧洞施工存在隧洞涌水突泥、隧洞围岩稳定、地面塌陷、掘进机姿态控制、地表(下)水疏干等岩溶工程地质问题。结合隐伏岩溶特征与存在的工程地质问题提出了隧洞线路选择采用的规避原则、结合岩溶地质结构选择TBM或“钻爆法与悬臂掘进机”的掘进型式、坚持先处理后施工、地表处理优先及封堵为主,抽排为辅的岩溶处理原则,采用充填、注浆、跨越及防渗墙四种方式的岩溶处理措施。介绍了公明水库—清林径水库连通工程隐伏岩溶发育特征,研究分析如何进行线路选择、掘进选型及岩溶处理,以规避或降低隧洞溶施工地质风险,为相似地质条件的岩溶隧洞勘察设计施工提供参考。Karst is developed in Longgang District of Shenzhen,and karst geological disasters occur frequently.Gongming Reservoir-Qinglinjing Reservoir Connection Project is the largest water conveyance project in Shenzhen.How to reduce the construction risk of crossing Longgang complex karst area is an engineering geological problem that relevant engineering and technical personnel must face.Through data collection,geological mapping,engineering exploration and other means,it is found that the karst geological background and hidden karst in the project area are discontinuously distributed,developed in the unconformity contact zone of the stratum,the karst development is strong,the shape is diverse,and the scale is different.The analysis shows that there are karst engineering geological problems such as tunnel water inrush and mud inrush,tunnel surrounding rock stability,ground collapse,attitude control of roadheader,and surface(underground)water drainage in the construction of trunk tunnel.Combined with the engineering geological problems of hidden karst characteristics,the avoidance principle of tunnel line selection is put forward.Combined with the karst geological structure,the tunneling type of TBM or‘drilling and blasting method and cantilever boring machine’is selected.The karst treatment principle of first treatment and then construction,priority of surface treatment and plugging,supplemented by drainage is adopted,and the karst treatment measures of filling,grouting,crossing and anti-seepage wall are adopted.The development characteristics of hidden karst in the connection project of Gongming Reservoir-Qinglinjing Reservoir,were studied and analyzed to select the route,excavation type and karst treatment,so as to avoid or reduce the geological risk of tunnel karst construction,and provide reference for the investigation,design and construction of karst tunnels with similar geological conditions.
